Rahim A. Remtulla, MD, FACP, is a medical oncologist at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Dr. Remtulla specializes in the evaluation and treatment of all generalized oncology cases, various hematologic malignancies – including chronic leukemia, multiple myeloma, lymphomas – and benign hematologic conditions.
Board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology, he received a medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Remtulla completed his residency in internal medicine at the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Department of Medicine in Bethesda, MD, and a hematology and oncology fellowship at UPMC.
Dr. Remtulla is a former active duty United States Navy physician where he served as the internal medicine chief of residents. He was also the senior medical officer and staff internist for the United States Senate, United States House of Representatives, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
