The Ostomy Support Group meets monthly at UPMC Altoona. Please call 814-943-3782 for information about dates and times and exact meeting locations.

Located at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, the Richard G. Laube Cancer Center holds various support groups in the Bracken Conference Room.
In addition to support groups, Tai Chi and Yoga are available weekly. Tai Chi meets every Wednesday in the Cancer Center Lobby. Yoga meets every Tuesday at 4:30 pm in the Cancer Center Lobby.

The International Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia Foundation (IWMF) support group meets four times per year, alternating between Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA.
The meetings provide education and support for patients and caregivers who are touched by the rare lymphoma Waldenstrom’s.

Gumberg Family Resource Center and Patient Navigation at Hillman Cancer Center
Located on the ground floor of Hillman Cancer Center next to the elevators, the Gumberg Family Resource Center is open Monday through Friday. Learn more about the services and amenities offered.
Patient and Family Resource Center at UPMC Passavant CancerCenter
The Resource Center is located at UPMC Passavant CancerCenter in McCandless. Located on the first floor, it is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call 412-748-5762 for more information.

- Full-time oncology patient education Nurse on-site
- ‘Chemotherapy 101’ class is offered for patients, caregivers, and family members new to chemotherapy; Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m.

Good Grief Center for Bereavement Support
Ursuline Support Services, located in Squirrel Hill, can provide referrals to ongoing grief support groups and grief therapists, phone and one-on-one peer support, books and tapes, and various other support. Visit their website or call 412-224-4700, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m..
Grief Camps for Children
