Joseph L. Kelley, MD, is the director of the division of gynecologic oncology UPMC Hillman Cancer Center at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC . He also serves as an investigator in the Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG), a national group of researchers. Dr. Kelley specializes in gynecologic cancers and breast cancers.
He earned a medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine, completed a residency in gynecologic oncology at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, followed by a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
Dr. Kelley is a member of professional organizations, such as, the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Surgeons, the International Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, the Mid-Atlantic Gynecologic Oncology Society, and vice chair of Breast Cancer Task Force.
