Survivorship Program

The Survivorship Program at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center recognizes that cancer treatment has a profound effect on a patient’s physical and emotional well-being. Through the Survivorship Program, patients are supported starting at diagnosis by four pillars:

  • Exercise
  • Lifestyle nutrition
  • Integrative oncology
  • Medical surveillance — at any phase of your cancer journey, our clinical staff will follow best practice to detect recurrence or secondary cancers and provide medical care for cancer and treatment-related symptoms.

This program is currently in pilot stage and is available for prostate cancer patients. Please continue to check this page for program developments.
